All of our online courses can be displayed through your web browser – there is no need to download any additional software to view or listen to webinars, download materials, claim CPD credit or contact course presenters. You can search and select your courses via the course catalogue, which is found in the right-hand column of the home page.

You can use the course catalogue to view courses by category or click on 'List all courses' to see the full directory. You can also do an open search using the box or filter courses by presenter.

Once selected, click on 'Add to Cart'. You can now go directly to your cart or add more courses before checking out.
|

|
You can go to your cart by clicking on the link in the top-right corner. On the first page, enter any discount coupon in the box and click 'Submit' before proceeding to the checkout.

|
|
If you have not yet logged in or registered, you will be prompted to do so now.
|
 |
|
|
|
|
To purchase your course, choose a payment method and click confirm. If you have a personal or corporate account and have chosen to pay by invoice, you will now have instant access to your course(s) when you click on the 'My Webinars' tab on the top menu. If you are paying by card or Paypal, you will be taken to a secure page to complete the transaction.

Once you have purchased your course, you can access it (and any other courses that you have purchased) by clicking on the ‘My webinars’ tab on the top menu. You have 30 days to complete the course and can view it as many times as you like within this time.

Click on the relevant package and then on the relevant course title to begin.

This is the main webinar page. Here you can watch the course video, or if you prefer, listen to an audio version. This page also contains an outline of the course, details of the presenter and the contents of the video.

A copy of the course slides and any other papers, diagrams or other materials can be viewed or downloaded from here. You can also access links to legislation, judgments and further reading from the webinar page.

Each course has its own forum facility, where you can post questions for the presenter of the course as well as share your experience with other students of the course. Access to this forum will remain open after your course has been completed and can be accessed via the ‘Course Forums’ tab in the top menu. Access to all course forums is open to all registered users.

Once you’ve studied the course, you can claim CPD credit by completing an online quiz.
|
 |
|
|
|
|
On successful completion of the quiz, you can view and print a certificate confirming our CPD credit. You can also download a copy of your quiz results, to see which questions you got right or wrong.

Finally, from this page you can leave feedback on the course presentation and content as well as making suggestions for any future topics that you would like to see on Local Government Law.tv.

|
A list of your successfully completed courses will remain available for you to to view and re-print CPD certificates for at least 12 months after the course has been completed, enabling you to easily keep track of your training record. This can be accessed at any time by clicking on the 'My training record' tab in the top menu.
