TPP Law
TPP Law is a specialist law firm founded in 2001 by former City solicitors offering a new approach to advising public sector commissioners, service providers, funders, charities and social enterprises on public services contracts and partnerships.
We are facing a period of great change in public service markets as government grapples with the multiple challenges of fiscal austerity, increasing competition and choice, whilst meeting the demand for greater personalisation of services. We work in partnership with central government, local authorities, NHS bodies, contractors and service providers, charities, social enterprises, and their funders. We help our clients navigate this new landscape, manage risk and create innovative and commercial solutions which improve the lives of citizens.
The hallmarks of our service are:
• A detailed knowledge and experience of the public services environment
• Personalised service led by senior experienced practitioners
• A multidisciplinary ‘one-team’ approach which improves efficiency and saves costs
• A knowledge-based organisation which breaks new ground in public sector contracting and partnership projects
• Quality-assured project management-led approach which saves time and enhances value for money
We aim to build a longer term partnership with our clients to help them achieve their commercial objectives. We provide focused and practical advice and assistance, striving to think laterally and provide pro-active solutions.
To deliver a quality service we need skilled and motivated people. Our people are well-trained, and we encourage a culture of continuous professional development at all levels.
We keep up to date with current legal, commercial and political issues which impact on our client's businesses and tailor our advice accordingly. We actively manage our knowledge-base and use information sources effectively.
We provide a responsive service by replying to clients' calls, e-mails and letters promptly and keeping our clients regularly informed of progress and costs incurred.
Our written work is our most visible product. We double-check the accuracy and appearance of all documents and ensure that plain English is used wherever possible.
We operate in a competitive marketplace: we strive to excel in everything we do and remain focused on our clients' needs. We listen to our clients, continuously improve our services and products. Our practice management systems are subject to continuing independent review.
